JOIN THE TEAM...
Once you make it through the hiring process, we start onboarding you to the team. First, we send you employment paperwork via email. Then, we schedule you to meet our Make it Happen Assistant in our office so we can get you a company t-shirt, a cleaning kit & take a picture for your badge. Lastly, you begin our Rookie to Rockstar Training Program! Our goal is to train you to become a trainer within 30 days. Ready, Set, Let's Go!

Rookie to Rockstar Training Program
Our Rookie to Rockstar Training program allows you to become a trainer and comes with many perks! We throw a party every month to celebrate our Rockstars being promoted and to show our team some love!!
Appreciate Flexible Scheduling?
We create YOUR scheduled cleaning route based on the availability YOU provide. YOU have the luxury of essentially making YOUR own schedule! Since we typically clean businesses after they are closed, we are able to offer hours 7 days a week between 3pm and 3am.
Value Freedom?
Our Rookie to Rockstar Training Program is designed to reduce supervisors looking over your shoulder and making you feel inferior. You choose your schedule, drive your own car, carry your own small cleaning kit, communicate with through the team app, and if you like to be a leader, you can shine in the top spot on the monthly leaderboard!
